Naughty Dog Private Island Log Cabin

First time booking the island and could not be happier we did it. Kent was very kind and helpful. He made our stay on the island very stress free.<br/>My husband, son and 2 dogs had an amazing time kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or just hanging out by the fire looking out at the water. This will absolutely be our new family vacation spot every summer.

Absolutely beautiful place. Loved staying and plan to come back. Honestly we wouldn't change a thing. Everything we could have asked for was there, and more. We just wished we had stayed a bit longer.<br/>We were totally excited about staying on a private island. It was something I was hoping to do for years.<br/>We were totally blown away with how unbelievably clean the entire property was - no dust, dirt, spiders, cob webs.<br/>Everything was taken care of before our arrival and nothing was missing - firewood, chairs, outdoor shower, water, towels, fresh linens, fully equipped kitchen, kayaks, canoe, sunset hammock, and clean, easy to use composting toilet,<br/>It was an amazing opportunity to experience a decades long conservation project. We saw turtles, birds, fish, loons, eagles all in a day.<br/>Kent was a pleasure to talk with and should be proud of all he's accomplished.

Everything is as described, love staying here. Kent was awesome, a super nice guy and very helpful. We completed got off the grid including our cell phones for the weekend. Water is very nice and warm enough for swimming. We also canoed was really fun around both islands. First time doing something like this, it was really cool and not stressful at all.

Our family had an incredible time on the island! It was the peaceful getaway we all needed. The kids lived in the water and had fun exploring the island, collecting shells and finding new little nature friends. We loved sitting around the fire listening to the loons. The cabin is perfect and had everything that we needed. Kent was a mind reader and showed up with firewood and ice right when we started to Think.. 'hey we could probably use some more.' We definitely could have used a couple more days to take it all in and get to fishing and canoeing. Needless to say, we all can't wait to go back!

This island is a little paradise in the middle of the Annabessacook lake. We had the best time of our lives. If you need to relax and disconnect from the craziness of life, this is the place, we shut down our phones and simply enjoyed nature around us. The cabin and island are so beautiful, and Kent made them so comfortable with all the amenities he added. The views from every corner of the island are gorgeous. Coffee in the morning at the porch, sunbathing at the hammock and the dock, and dinners at the fire pit was the best. The lake is so peaceful that you can see the little fish swimming around, we enjoyed swimming and kayaking in it. Our dog was so happy to be off the leash and roam around freely. Kent was so easy to reach and very accommodating to our needs, he really made sure we had a five-star experience. The cabin has everything you need to relax or to have fun, it’s up to you. We highly recommend it and cannot wait to come back.

The Little Island is an outdoor lovers dream come true. My husband and I stayed there with our dog Dutch and it was nothing short of perfect. Every detail was thought out! From the kitchen utensils, to the French press coffee maker, to the dog bowl for our pup! We spend the days fishing, exploring the other island, paddle boarding, making great meals, and more. Our dog was extremely excited that we were surrounded by water and was wet about 90% of the time haha. Kent had a towel just for our dog which was very needed haha. We don’t have enough good things to say. Kent is a very attentive host and is always making sure you are having a good time. Easy to say this was one of my favorite vacations I’ve ever been on.

This was an amazing stay and I highly recommend it! The communication was excellent and the checkin process was easy. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and told us history of the area during the boat ride to the island. The cabin was rustic and cute and had everything we needed for the stay. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

What a wonderful little oasis. If you are looking for chance to unplug and truly enjoy nature without the hassle of camping, this is the spot for you. Kent is the best Airbnb host we could’ve asked for, staying in constant communication and making sure you have everything you need to enjoy yourself. The space is thoughtfully put together, with a fully functioning outdoor hot shower, a indoor wood stove for heat and a outdoor fire pit for connecting with your loved ones in the evening. A hammock overlooks the sunset, and the front porch sports a rocking chair and chair hammock to view the sunrise with a cup of French press coffee Kent has thoughtfully provided. You may get to witness a turtle laying eggs here as well. Also provided were a canoe and kayaks, which you can take over to Kent’s larger island 1BSI and enjoy a hike through the woods, rope swing into the lake, or meditate on the meditation dock off the island. Theres too many things to rave about to even list here. Seriously, if you want to relax and unplug and are considering booking this island, don’t hesitate. You will have a great experience!

This is the magical place to go for peace and quiet, connect with pure nature and most of all to resting and relaxation. We highly recommend you book it right now and give yourself the vacation you deserve. The island has beautiful sunrises and serene sunsets. Kent is very attentive and friendly, we look forward to returning soon.
