Loon Point is a front-row seat to one of Maine’s most iconic performances. Perched above Annabessacook Lake with sweeping 270-degree views, this island tent overlook is serenaded daily by loons — calling across the water at dawn, echoing at dusk, and occasionally laughing you to sleep. It’s a stay shaped by their rhythms, where mornings begin with mist and music and evenings end with the lake settling into quiet loon conversation.

A slice of heaven and a dose of nature await at this wonderfully unique camp site! Restful, relaxing, and a reminder of what truly matters in life! Kent is a stellar communicator and everything is taken care of!
10/10 stay just book it. Was down pouring for half our stay and it was still one of the best experiences we’ve had. No regrets
This was such an incredible and unforgettable stay. We cannot wait to come back!
An incredible paradise place, he already wants to return there.
I’ve lived in Maine my whole life but felt like I experienced a special new place at Kent’s ! Incredible hospitality and such a unique experience. If you want to treat yourself to a peaceful Maine adventure - this is the spot!
Beautiful location and a cozy glamping experience! Kent had plenty of information available for a family of novice glampers like ourselves. He and his partner were helpful with our things during the ferry rides and we were relieved we didn’t have to haul our gear up any steep hills! There was more drinking and washing up water than we could ever use, plenty of firewood, blankets, and board games in case the weather didn’t cooperate. We plan to make this an annual family trip.
Incredible location, secluded and peaceful. Hosts were super responsive and proactive and just great people overall. So happy we found this little gem of an island and cannot wait to come back and try all of the properties!
Every intangible aspect you can imagine

The compost toilet seat was cold, lol
I will return. I could have stayed longer. It was a nice respite from a stressful life. Hosts were amazing. Extremely accommodating! My dog loved being able to swim (and chase sticks - finally learned to bring them back to the beach) every day. I think it helped that the hosts left a container of the training cookies. And they left a dog bowl, which I forgot. The wood stove was perfect for keeping us warm at night and when my dog was a still chilly after her swims. Again, I will return!
Quiet! everything you need for outdoor living. Amazing views of the sunrise in the sunset. The host were wonderful and attentive😍.

That I had to leave LOL
