Kent was fantastic! We felt well taken care of on our private island - he was always willing to help "what can I get you" which is such a wonderful phrase to hear when you are a tired person. Thank you so much Kent for sharing such a special place with a mom and her teens! We will be back!

Naughty Dog island is the best place for peace and quite getaway! The fact that my pup could roam free off leash and in the water was a dream come true for him. We went fishing just about everyday and caught sooo many bass! I’ve never caught so many before! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends! I will sure to be back to enjoy Kent’s paradise he created! Thanks again Kent for being so awesome!
This is our second year going to NDI, and it truly is the perfect vacation! Kent and Heather are the most attentive and welcoming hosts. Getting ourselves, our coolers, the dogs, etc. out to the island sounds daunting, but they made the whole process so easy and relaxing (both to and from). The island itself is truly stunning. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and absolutely everything you could need is provided (plus if there’s anything you do need they’ll ferry it out to you easy peasy). It’s relaxing. It’s beautiful. It’s impossible to be bored or stressed while you’re there. Cannot recommend enough!!
We had the best time on Naughty Dog Island! The kids and dogs loved being able to explore and had complete freedom to play on this beautiful private island. Kent was a wonderful host and has clear and plentiful directions at each step of our vacation. We will definitely be back!
We’d been to Maine once before, but just to cross the state line to see a lighthouse. This time we made a long weekend of it, staying on Naughty Dog Island on Annabessacook Lake. There was no running water and no power other than batteries.<br/>We arrived on Friday, armed with provisions including three steamed lobsters from the famed Harbor Fish Market in Portland. Yummy.<br/>Saturday the storm rolled in and the skies opened; it was an impressive downpour. We stayed inside in our pajamas and played Scrabble all day. It was my favorite day of the trip.<br/>Sunday we launched the canoe and paddled about the lake. The sunset was lovely.
