Naughty Dog Private Island Log Cabin

We rented Naughty Dog Island July 7th thru the 11th and our stay was nothing short of incredible!<br/>Kent and his team were friendly, attentive, and would go out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed during your stay. This small private island is an absolute hidden GEM! Tucked away in a little cove you are surrounded by shallow waters around the island where our dogs found their love of swimming for the first time. The hammock in the back is perfect for a nap and watching the sunset. At night having nothing but the sound of the loons and owls calling to each other was one of our favorite parts of this paradise. We loved our time here so much we are already planning a visit back for this fall. Don’t second guess booking this spot, you won’t have any regrets. 10 out of 10!

This place and host is incredible it’s an actual experience. And adventure and Kent does an amazing job goes absolutely above and beyond what anyone could want or expect out of a host if you looking for a minimalist experience away from the normal worldly crazy this is perfect if you want a great friendly adventure on an amazing lake Kent and 1BSI is absolutely the route to go in mind blown how amazing not or the experience was and how Kent made sure everything was perfect I will 100% be staying with 1BSI again 100 stars !!!!!!!!!

This island is one of the coolest places we’ve ever been. The lake is gorgeous, the cabin has everything you could possibly need to relax or to have fun whatever you prefer. Kent makes sure you have absolutely everything you need to have the best time on your getaway. This was our second time and we cannot wait to come back. We highly recommend it.

We stayed on Naughty Dog Island and it was amazing! Kent was super responsive and checked in with us through air bnb every day. Anything we needed, he would bring us on one of the 3 ferry trips. It was super peaceful and the cabin was perfect. Highly reccomend this spot to anyone who loves to fish or kayak, or if you just want to feel separated from the rest of the world for a while. Great stay!

This was easily the most enjoyable portion of our trip to Maine! It was quiet, peaceful and very private. We went kayaking, swimming, relaxed in the hammock, had multiple fires and enjoyed cooking outdoors. It was exactly as described, and I would say even better! Kent was incredibly helpful and provided us with supplies via the ferry when needed. We also got some great recommendations for things to do in the area! We will most definitely be back!

Kent and Heather were great hosts and very flexible! The island was a great place to get away from the big city. The opportunity to kayak and canoe was a lot of fun.

A perfect place for a "reset" and most importantly dogs are invited too!!

Our second time being hosted by Kent. Never disappoints! The cabin has everything you need to feel at home. Cozy, plentiful water, games and outdoor gear. We couldn’t get our dog out of the water! Best part was canoeing with her, kayaking, fishing, cooking great food and watching the bright night sky. So great to be able to bring her along and have the privacy on naughty dog island. Will definitely return. Kent makes the check in and out process easy and goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

The pups and I had a great time on the island. It was a fun weekend away from everything. The pups ran around and went swimming and had a great time. Definitely will be back again! Kent was great and extremely helpful as well.
