Naughty Dog Private Island Log Cabin

We absolutely loved it, really enjoyed the amazing fishing that the lake had to offer and enjoyed the area too! Kent and Heather are so nice. We will be back

We have a nervous and reactive dog and we also live in a smaller apartment. He never really gets off leash and this was the perfect place to let him off leash and just have an absolute blast. Totally a trip designed for the dog that allowed us to relax and enjoy our time as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay at Naughty Dog Island. Peace, solitude, privacy, wildlife and just overall exactly what I was looking for! Ken and Heather were excellent hosts, and even were able to accommodate a second night for me when we realized I messed up my booking. They checked in with me during my stay as a single person before and after kayaking for safety, which I appreciated and to see if I needed any extra fresh water, wood or batteries delivered. They were kind and friendly and informative! Loved the stay!

Absolutely loved the stay on the island. Had the most peaceful, relaxing getaway. The cabin was very clean and beautiful. It was very private and we had a lot to do on the island. Enjoyed every bit of the stay, from the loons calling out at night, to the sky full of stars, canoeing to the big island, the hammock over the waters .. EVERYTHING! The hosts were absolutely sweet and gave very clear instructions and were extremely helpful. Can’t wait to go back in the summer.

We enjoyed our peaceful stay on little cabin island. Kent was a great host with fun stories and insight about the lake. Loved the small town feel. We would love to come again in the warmer weather to enjoy the lake more.

We are a family of 5, with two girls aged 11 and 9. We all found the island and cabin to be absolutely spectacular!! Such an amazing place, with beautiful views and amazing landscape. Incredibly peaceful. We kayaked 10 minutes to the Big Island nearby and hiked around all the well-kept trails there. We kayaked and canoed around our island. We made a campfire in the evening. Kent and Heather made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, and are the quintessential hosts. We would like to give Little Cabin Island our highest possible AirBnb recommendation. An unforgettable experience which we always treasure! Thank you Kent and Heather!

We absolutely loved our stay, it was everything we needed to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. Kent was incredibly hospitable and showed us around and let us know he was available had we needed anything at all. We didn’t need to because we already had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dog and she absolutely loved having the island to roam around and swim. We were able to canoe, grill outside by the fire, hangout on the hammock and watch the sunset, the moon rose right over the island across, the view from the front of the cabin was incredible. We wished we could have stayed longer and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for such a perfect, beautiful getaway for some local Mainers.

I can't say enough about how GREAT this place is! The only thing close, was the host Kent. The perfect place to incubate your soul and just be. My only complaint is that I didn't stay longer.
