Naughty Dog Private Island Log Cabin

Absolutely amazing place. Excellent, responsive host. Kent checked in our needs frequently. Perfect vacation to disconnect from the World and reconnect with loved ones and nature. Highly recommend. We intend to make this a yearly trip.

We had an amazing stay at 1BSI little cabin island. Kent and his team are incredible responsive and proactive in ensuring you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped and exactly as described. The island is private and so peaceful. 1BSI is the perfect weekend getaway! We would definitely return.<br/>Thank you Kent!

Peaceful & private.. cute & cozy. There’s sunny + shady spots to be enjoyed <br/>Throughout the day, beautiful areas to enjoy both the sunrise & sunset. Great fishing, bird watching, swimming, canoeing. It’s really a magical experience. Will be back a 3rd time this fall.. if we can wait that long! Thanks again for sharing your island with us Kent!

This was our second stay! It was fantastic to see Kent again. He’s super likable & is fun, easy going & definitely goes above and beyond without overdoing it. He’s a natural at it! The ferry ride to and from is really cool & meeting people staying at, or leaving the big island was enjoyable - like friends! We laughed a lot! Kent is a quick text away if you need anything. He kept us well stocked with ice, which was awesome! The cabin is so perfect and our second visit still felt new and amazing all over again. I tell everyone about this place! Our dog definitely remembered the place & he swam every day till he was tuckered out. The lake is quiet & beautiful & the loons & eagle sightings are perfect! The sunset hammock is “the” place to chill & kayaking was so smooth, the water pretty clear & warm enough to swim! Having the calls of the loons at night gently putting us to sleep was a favorite! We love this place & you will too! Thanks again Kent!

We had such an amazing vacation on Kent's island. We stayed for four nights and only had to bring our clothes and food. Everything else is already at the cabin and there wasn’t anything we were missing.<br/>Kent has perfected everything from start to finish, e.g. getting you and your luggage to the island -you won’t have to carry anything as he set up a smart system with carts and a ferry schedule. Even if you forgot something, Kent makes things appear magically on your dock. I think it goes without saying, that Kent is extremely friendly, easy-going, funny and responsive. He provides you will all the necessary details before your trip. <br/>We used the canoe & the two kayaks to explore the lake and Kent's bigger island, made a fire outside, used the grill & kitchen to cook delicious meals, enjoyed the sunset hammock, played some games, watched the wildlife, went swimming and just relaxed. The cabin also has a warm outdoor shower. We will be back for sure! Our dog Luna also had a blast!

Perfect stay amazing host

Wow. If you are looking to get away from the world this is the place to do it! We were looking for a place to go for our first trip with our six month old son where we would have privacy, a great view, and lots of activities. This place exceeded every expectation! We spent every night talking on the front porch, took our son kayaking around the island, and many naps were taken on the hammocks, inside and out! I’m also a full time student and was able to keep my tablet, both our phones, and the baby monitor charged thanks to the batteries Kent left! Not a single thing lacked on our trip, just bring lots of food and fun drinks and you’ll have the stay of your life!

Our stay was amazing! The location was beyond what I expected. It was so peaceful and relaxing Kent the property owner was fabulous, anything we needed or wanted he brought to us. I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to go back!
